Cancellations / no shows

Upon booking, a major credit card is required in order to confirm your reservation.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours must be given to avoid being charged the full price for your treatments to the credit card holding your appointment. No Shows will be charged 100% of their originally scheduled treatment price.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can relax and get settled. So that you may enjoy your relaxation and respect others’ quiet time, please silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment time, in order to remain on schedule for future clients.

Gratuity

We work hard to help you achieve a higher state of relaxation and keep you happy. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. The recommended range is between 15-20% of the full retail service, but again, it is up to you.
